About 900 square feet in size, Scriv’s River Haus is an easy opportunity to get away from it all…simply furnished for a much-needed getaway. There is a charcoal grill on site for your cooking convenience and both indoor and outdoor seating for up to 5 guests. It’s located in a safe, quiet neighborhood just a stone’s throw from the Guadalupe River.
There are so many things to do close by like boating, tubing, fly-fishing, strolling, bird-watching, shopping, dining, sightseeing and concert-going. Canyon Lake south marina is 8 miles away and the north side marina is approximately 10 miles away or take a scenic walk on the Canyon Lake Dam, located only a few minutes’ drive from Scriv’s River Haus.
Several tubing & fly fishing outfitters are within a few minutes of the unit for our guests’ convenience!

Rates

Low Season rates (Labor Day to Memorial Day) range from $99 to $139 per night with a one night minimum stay required on the weekdays and two nights on the weekend.


High Season rates (Spring Break, Memorial Day to Labor Day) range from $149 to $199 per night with a one night minimum stay required on the weekdays and two nights on the weekend.


Peak Season is from mid-July to mid-August where 2 nights are required for any stay.


Holiday rates (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) are $199 - $249 per night with a 3 night minimum.


50% of Reservation Rate is due upon booking and remainder is due within 7 days of arrival.


A cleaning fee of $45 per stay is required.


A $200 refundable Deposit required if renting out the entire property.


Rates are subject to changes or exclusions for holidays or special events.


Special exceptions and discounts may be made by Management, please call us for any unique requests.
