The home is comfortable and accommodating. It offers a full kitchen, cozy dining area and breakfast bar in an open floor plan. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room and a large flat screen TV offering satellite service, along with an Alexa console. There are 4 bedrooms (2 downstairs, 2 upstairs) with 5 queen beds and one double/double bunk bed; the home sleeps up to 14. The master bathroom offers a jetted garden tub and separate shower and there is another full bath available. Washer and dryer are also provided. If you bring your boat, you can park it on the flat parking area near the street and put it in at the free boat ramp, located just minutes away. If you plan to rent a boat, the local marina is less than 10 minutes away. The deer will walk right up to the back yard for their daily feeding - you'll enjoy watching them frolic and play in the Texas Hill Country setting! This charming lake house is secluded and private and offers a wonderful getaway.

Rates


Low Season rates (Labor Day to Memorial Day) range from $149 to $275 per night with a one night minimum stay required on the weekdays and two nights on the weekend.

High Season rates (Spring Break, Memorial Day to Labor Day) range from $249-$399 per night with a 2-night minimum.

Peak Season is from mid-July to mid-August where 2 nights are required for any stay.

Holiday rates (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) are $495 per night with a 3-night minimum.

50% of Reservation Rate is due upon booking and remainder is due within 7 days of arrival.

A cleaning fee of $150 per stay is required, 14 guests, 4 Bedrooms (2,2,2,8), 2 Bathrooms.

A refundable $200 deposit is required for each stay.

Rates are subject to changes or exclusions for holidays or special events.

Special exceptions and discounts may be made by Management, please call us for any unique requests.
